Can you come out the same day?
Often, yes. Call as early in the day as you can, and if we can't make it today we'll give you the first opening we have.
Which brands do you work on?

What does the one-year guarantee cover?
Parts and labor on the repair we made, for a full year. If the same problem comes back inside that year, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Someone over 18 needs to be there to let us in and approve the repair. For second homes out east, a caretaker or neighbor can stand in if you let us know ahead of time.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the house and call National Grid or 911 first. Once the gas company has made it safe, we'll come and repair the appliance.
